CHAP Unifies Learning Solutions and Strategic Solutions Into One Team

Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) has brought its Learning Solutions and Strategic Solutions teams together under one roof, consolidating the education, certification, and organizational-consulting capabilities it offers to home health, hospice, home care, and post-acute organizations.

For most of the past several years the organization ran two separate teams — one focused on education, certifications, and workshops, and the other on assessment, strategy, and organizational growth for larger enterprise clients. CHAP said that while both teams were doing strong work, combining them lets organizations “move faster and draw on more resources without having to figure out which door to knock on first.”

The former Growth Solutions practice is now Strategic Solutions, organized around an “Assess, Build, Deploy, Scale” framework. Kassi Ellison said most companies have typically already identified the problem but may lack the bandwidth or need a fresh set of eyes on the challenges they are facing.

CHAP leaders said the combined team lets a leader pursuing a certification get it quickly while an enterprise organization facing a specific challenge receives an assessment, a customized program, and hands-on implementation through a single engagement. “We were already working so closely and so well together anyway,” said Jan Sweat. “Bringing both teams together allows us to work efficiently and be closer to the initiatives of our customers.”

According to CHAP, the combined Learning Solutions and Strategic Solutions unit operates this way today with organizations across the country, with every engagement starting with an assessment of current operations and extending through implementation.
